Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 19, 2026

ToolVerse is built to keep utility workflows simple and your data minimal. This page explains what information is collected, how it is used, and what choices you have.

Information you provide

When you use a ToolVerse tool you may provide text, dates, numeric ranges, file uploads, or AI prompts. ToolVerse does not require an account, and most browser-based tools process your input locally on your device without sending data to a server.

Do not enter passwords, private keys, government identification numbers, medical records, financial account details, or other sensitive personal information into any tool. Browser-based tools do not transmit your input, but AI tools do send the prompt text to a server-side API in order to generate the requested result.

Browser-based processing

PDF, image, developer, and calculator tools on ToolVerse process input directly in your browser using standard web APIs such as the File API, Canvas API, and the Web Crypto API. No file or text is sent to a remote server during these operations. Your input is discarded when you close or reload the page.

AI tools

AI writing tools (such as the AI Email Writer and AI Text Summarizer) send the prompt you type to a server-side AI provider in order to generate a response. The prompt is processed to produce the result and is not stored by ToolVerse beyond the duration of the request. Do not enter confidential business information, private customer data, passwords, financial records, medical details, or personal identity information into AI prompts.

Advertising

ToolVerse uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, and IP addresses to deliver, measure, and personalize ads based on your browsing activity. This applies across websites that use Google advertising services, not only on ToolVerse.

You can manage ad personalization through your Google ad settings. Visitors in regions that require consent may see a consent prompt before personalized advertising is enabled.

Analytics

ToolVerse may use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Analytics data includes pages visited, approximate location by country, device type, browser, and session duration. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Server logs

Hosting and infrastructure providers automatically process standard technical log data, which may include your IP address, browser type and version, the URL you requested, the referring URL, and the timestamp of the request. These logs are used for security monitoring, debugging, and performance analysis, and are retained for a limited period under the provider's own data retention policy.

Cookies

ToolVerse stores a single preference in your browser's local storage to remember whether you have selected a light or dark theme. This is not a tracking cookie. Google AdSense and Google Analytics may set their own cookies as described in their respective privacy policies.

Third-party links

Tool pages may link to external resources for further reading. ToolVerse is not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites. Review the privacy policy of any site you visit through a link on ToolVerse.

Children

ToolVerse is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of ToolVerse after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
